Finding the perfect apartment can be a challenge, especially if you have furry friends. At Crossings at Olde Towne we understand the unique bond between people and pets, that's why we offer pet friendly apartments. We welcome your pet with open arms and a scratch behind the ear with our onsite community pet spa and dog park.

We hope after visiting Crossings at Olde Towne, you and your furry friend will both sit, stay, and lay down night and night at our Gaithersburg apartments.

Pet Policy

  • A non refundable $250 pet fee is applicable for 1st pet - $150 for each additional pet
  • Pet rent is $35 per pet per month
  • Breed and weight restrictions apply; please contact the office for breed restrictions.
